International Enrolments, Marketing and Admin Support Internship

  1. Timetable 9.30 to 4.30 30 hours/week
  2. 30 hours/week (Monday to Friday 6 hours a day plus one-hour break)
  3. Length of the internship: 10 months
  4. Possibility for career progress within our company after your internship
  5. Location: Cambridge, UK (5 minutes’ walk from the train station)

During this internship at Frameworks you will be working in a small dynamic team based just a short walking distance from Cambridge Train Station.

Internship Summary

Your main area of focus during this internship will be in the
following areas

  • Assisting our customer service team
  • Supporting our social media and communications weekly and monthly initiatives
  • Helping to create new content for our websites
  • Assisting our admin process (students’ applications, invoicing etc.)
  • Other related duties

Anything else?

As you’d expect, we’d like someone who is punctual and friendly who can complete tasks efficiently and on time. Sometimes we get very busy, so we need someone who can bring lots of energy and enthusiasm.

Experience in these areas would be a great start:

  • Blogging and social media
  • Some customer service and admin experience
  • Good knowledge of email and Microsoft Office
  • Good knowledge of Gmail and WordPress
  • Experience in marketing
  • Familiarity with Mailchimp, a CRM, Hootsuite, Canva


  • Bachelor Degree (in a relevant subject such as Marketing, Communication and Media Studies, etc.)
  • Any other qualifications that you may consider relevant to the job

Internship Details

  • Annual gross salary: £18,000 pro rata (based on a full time contract of 40 hours/week)
  • 30 hours/week
  • 10 month contract
  • Possibility for career progress within our company after your internship
  • During your 10 months internship you will have paid holidays including national and bank holidays and 18 days
  • Location: Cambridge, UK (5 minutes’ walk from the train station)
  • Starting: as soon as possible
