International Client Services and Admin Support Internship

During this internship at Frameworks you will be working in a small dynamic team based just a short walking distance from Cambridge Train Station.
Internship Summary
Your main area of focus during this internship will be in the
following areas
- Assisting our customer service team
- Assisting our admin process (students’ applications, invoicing etc.)
- Helping to maintain our web content up-to-date
- Assisting our marketers with various tasks when required
- Other related duties
Anything else?
As you’d expect, we’d like someone who is punctual and friendly who can complete tasks on time autonomously and efficiently. Sometimes we get very busy, so we need someone who can bring lots of energy and enthusiasm.
Experience in these areas would be a great start:
- Some customer service and admin experience in an office environment (desirable)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (essential)
- Good knowledge of Gmail and email communication (essential)
- Some knowledge of WordPress (desirable)
- Any other relevant experience to this job that you may have (an extra)
Qualifications:
- Recent Masters level graduate or Honours degree (in a relevant subject such as International Business, Intercultural Communications, Business Management, Marketing, etc.)
- Any other qualifications that you may consider relevant to the job

Internship Details:
- 6-month contract
- 30 hours/week – Monday to Friday
- Annual gross salary: £18,000 pro rata (based on a full-time contract of 40 hours/week)
- Possibility for career progress within our company after your internship
- During your 6 months internship placement you will have paid holidays including national and bank holidays and 14 days
- Location: central Cambridge, UK
- Starting: as soon as possible
